Airlines:

Qantaslink, Virgin Blue and Brindabella are the three airlines that operate scheduled flights to and from Coffs Harbour. Flights are available to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Port Macquarie.

Approximately 320,000 people per year are passengers at Coffs Harbour Airport.

Security:

As a major regional jet airport, Coffs Harbour Airport MUST comply with Commonwealth regulations that aim to minimize threats from terrorism and to maximize safety standards for air travelers. In Coffs Harbour, there are x-ray checks for passengers and carry-on baggage as well as x-ray checks of checked baggage.

Retail Services:

Biggles Coffee Lounge - tea/coffee/alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines.

Also serves as a manual Pay Station for airport parking.

Guest Lounge - has provided comfortable seating with a wide-screen Television for passenger viewing.

Qantas Lounge - for members of the Qantas Club or Business Class passengers.

Internet access - the airport is wired for Wi-Fi access and there are terminals for hire in the Guest Lounge.

Rental Cars - Avis, Budget, Coffs Harbour Rent A Car, Europcar, Hertz and Thrifty operate help desks around flight times.

ATM - an ATM terminal is opposite the departure lounge. It is owned and operated by BCU.

Shuttle Bus - is available from transfers to and from the airport.

Taxis - usually taxis are waiting for passengers when a flight arrives. If not, there is a free Taxi Phone inside the terminal near the far exit doors past the baggage carousel.

Freight Services - a number of freight services operate at the airport. Their terminals are adjacent to the Staff Parking area.

Airport Tower - Coffs Harbour is one of the very few regional airports with a Control tower. This is on the southern side of the main terminal building.

General Aviation - the charter light aircraft, helicopters and sky diving schools are at the northern end of the airport grounds. Private light aircraft also use this Coffs Harbour and District Aero Club terminal. Access is off Hogbin Drive just south of Coffs Harbour racecourse.

Professional Pilot Training - this facility is in the General Aviation area.

Undercover Security Parking - Coffs Airport Security Carpark is the large enclosed building on the left as you drive towards Coffs Harbour Airport terminal. This service is for those who prefer secure, undercover parking monitored by multiple security cameras.
